Refunds

How BYB Studio handles refunds and cancellations. Your rights as a consumer in Greece or the EU are not limited by this page. Write to hello@byb.sh.

Digital products and software

If you are a consumer in the EU, you usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase, starting the day the contract is made.

Digital content is different once we start delivering it. If you agree that we may start delivery straight away, and you acknowledge that you will lose the 14-day withdrawal right once performance starts, you cannot withdraw after we have begun supplying the product. Checkout will ask for that agreement when it applies.

If we have not started delivery, you can withdraw within 14 days by writing to hello@byb.sh. If a product is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund as the law requires.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge the next period after a cancellation is in effect.

Cancel by emailing hello@byb.sh, or in the product's account settings if the product has them. Tell us the email on the account. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm it, which we will do within two business days of a clear request.

A consumer's 14-day withdrawal right, where it still applies, is in addition to this ongoing cancellation right.

Websites and custom work

Custom site and software work is billed to milestones or as the order states.

• Work we have not delivered: we refund the unused portion of fees for that undelivered milestone.
• Work you have accepted as delivered: no refund, except where Greek or EU law requires one (for example a legal defect we do not put right).

If you cancel mid-milestone, we invoice for work already done in that milestone and refund the rest of that milestone's fee.

Paying a refund

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, within 14 days of approval. The card network can take a little longer after we send it.

Write to hello@byb.sh with the email you paid from, the date, and what you bought.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have as a consumer under Greek or EU law, including the Consumer Rights Directive and Greek consumer protection rules. If those rules give you more than this page, those rules win.
